Primary Position

We are looking for a full-time carpenter to join our team.

Responsibilities Include

• Ability to perform rough and finish framing
• Installing interior and exterior finish trim
• Installing doors and windows
• Building stairs and landings
• Installing kitchen and bathroom cabinets
• Installing vinyl plank flooring
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Assisting supervisors with structural design, planning, layout, and installation
• Ability to assess the quality of woodwork and materials
• Understanding of local building codes and health & safety regulations

Requirements Include

• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Must have own basic carpentry tools
• Required to operate hand and power tools, machines, and other equipment
• Must be able to perform physical activities such as, but not limited to, lifting and moving building materials and equipment, bending, standing, and climbing
• Good communication skills with customers and coworkers
• Self-starter and independent worker with attention to detail

Electrician Job Summary

We have an immediate opening for a full-time, experienced Journeyman Electrician for our growing construction company. Responsibilities include installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting electrical systems in both residential and commercial settings. Our ideal candidate must maintain a deep understanding of building code regulations to check and ensure compliance with the highest standards of building design and construction.

Electrician Duties and Responsibilities

• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
• Install electrical systems in new construction
• Install, maintain, and repair wiring, control, and lighting systems
• Troubleshoot and repair or replace wiring, equipment, or fixtures
• Identify electrical problem areas on-site that need replacement or repair
• Adhere to all safety standards, procedures, and code requirements

Electrician Requirements and Qualifications

• Current Journeyman Electrician license in MA
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of electrician trade school or apprenticeship program
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Provide professional and courteous communication with customers, inspectors, and team members
• Direct and train workers to install, maintain, or repair electrical wiring or equipment
