M&S Development is seeking a detail-oriented Estimator who understands that accurate construction pricing begins with a clear scope. This position plays an important role in our preconstruction process and helps clients make informed decisions before work begins.

What You Will Do
- Review drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Prepare quantity takeoffs, scope breakdowns, and detailed cost estimates.
- Request and evaluate subcontractor and supplier proposals.
- Identify scope gaps, allowances, assumptions, and potential cost risks.
- Coordinate with project management and leadership to refine budgets and proposals as plans and selections develop.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience estimating residential construction, renovations, additions, or relevant commercial work.
- Strong plan-reading and takeoff skills.
- Familiarity with trade sequencing and construction materials.
- Attention to detail; clear written communication and dependable follow-through.
