We are looking for an experienced, organized Project Manager to lead residential and select commercial construction projects from preparation through completion. This role is suited to someone who takes ownership, communicates clearly, and holds high standards for quality and execution.

What You Will Do
- Plan and manage construction schedules.
- Subcontractor coordination.
- Material lead times, and site logistics.
- Review plans, specifications, contracts, and scopes of work.
- Communicate project status, decisions, and potential issues with clients and M&S leadership.
- Track project progress, documentation, quality, safety, and budget-related concerns.
- Coordinate inspections, punch lists, and project closeout.
What We Are Looking For
- Demonstrated experience managing construction projects.
- Strong understanding of residential building practices and sequencing.
- Ability to interpret construction documents.
- Organized, proactive communication.
- Sound judgment, accountability, and attention to detail.
