About M&S Development
Built on Experience. Defined by Craftsmanship
M&S Development is a Massachusetts-based construction company specializing in custom homes, major renovations, additions, and select commercial projects.
Founded approximately ten years ago by Mark Parker, the company grew from kitchen and bathroom renovations into larger, more complex projects through referrals and the trust of its clients. Mark’s background includes a degree in architectural engineering and experience purchasing and renovating residential properties before founding the company.
Our philosophy
Our growth has never been about becoming the biggest builder. It’s been about continually becoming a better one. Thoughtful planning, quality craftsmanship, transparent communication, and accountability shape the way we work.
Leadership that stays involved
Mark participates in every major proposal and remains involved in every project, including those managed day to day by project managers or sold by sales representatives. Do not imply that he personally manages every daily task.
